GURU is an IT service provider in the DC Metropolitan area. Their efforts to provide increasingly wide array of IT related services lead them to produce new tools. One of those being the GURU Dashboard.

The challenge was to designate which tools were most essential for the IT technicians to manage their clients' networks, and consolidate their offerings into one dashboard. Kaseya would cover the data portion, while ConnectWise could be used to manage account info and helpdesk tickets, and of course you will need a custom Network Diagram, which very likely would have been constructed using Microsoft Visio.

We sought to increase value by even allowing users to import CAD or BIM files to generate 3D renderings of their building. The results would allow technicians to pinpoint issues exponentially quicker. Other features include UI customization, realtime communication, a world view for clients with multiple branches anywhere in the world, and more.
