On October 1st, 2016, I became the luckiest guy in the world. It was a big deal for me. There were a bunch of great wedding website templates out there, but I knew that I wanted to put something together that was more personal.

I sought to create a custom experience, and in many ways I was very happy with how it turned out. I’m especially proud of the bridal party page, as I personally took and edited the photos, and I’m not much of a photographer. I was simply motivated by the idea of emulating Martin Schoeller’s photography, so I spent hours researching and purchased all the equipment I felt I needed, and staged my very first photoshoot at my home. Of course I edited the photos further to fit the overarching style, but I was very happy with the results.

The designs throughout the rest of the site are entirely my own as well. Development however was mostly with the help of my friend and colleague.
